Furthermore, Probio7 has ensured this kit is as sustainable as possible with the inclusion of ceramic pots to make and store your yoghurt in leading to less single-use plastic consumption, as well as the specific use of Holland Jersey milk due to it having a lower ecological footprint. What’s not to love?

Now, onto the exciting bit! To make your own Raspberry Sweetheart Yoghurt for this Valentine’s Day, all you need is:

  • 150g Probio7 Life Yoghurt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Handful of goji berries
  1. In a saucepan, combine the raspberries, sugar and lemon juice, stirring and mashing the raspberries until they are completely broken down.
  2. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the mixture is the same consistency as sauce before removing from heat.
  3. Let the mixture cool completely and then stir the desired amount into the Probio7 Life Yoghurt.
  4. Top with goji berries and enjoy!

Goji berries contain a high level of antioxidants and have a range of properties such as anti ageing effects, glucose regulation as well as immune function support. However, if you prefer something a little more indulgent, you can swap these for some chocolate chips or dark chocolate shavings. You can also add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for that extra sweetness – the options are endless!
